1) Chelbesa 

Chelbesa coffee is coming from Gedeo Zone and is exported by SNAP company. SNAP is working since more than 10 years on coffee sector, choosing to propose high quality coffees for international market. Chelbesa coffee reveals nice aromas and comes from
a beautiful natural environment in Yirgacheffe appellation. After the harvest, the cherries are left under shade for 45-60 hours using a slow fermentation process, before being washed to remove all mucilage. The coffee is then spread on a raised bed at a thickness of 5-10cm, to dry for 7-10 days. The beds are opened at 3:00am and
closed from 12:00-14:00 before being opened again until 17:00 for drying.

Flavor notes: Bergamot (earl grey tea), peach, apricot.

2) Hangadhi Village 

Hangadhi coffee is grown in the Guji appellation, which is well known for its quality coffees. It is selected by the Guji Highland Coffee Plantation from among small farmers who work their plots exclusively by hand. It is a high-altitude coffee dried at the station in the village of Hangadhi that offers a fruity profile with pleasant citrus notes. The coffee is certified organic, in recognition of a local know-how that is respectful of people and of the environment

  • Process: Natural Arabica.
