The Gen 2 burrs, designed by Q Grader and Fellow Vice President of R&D Nick Terzulli, are even more precise:
- Finer grind than V1: 250/300 (or more) microns versus 550 (or more) for the standard Ode burrs
- Hopper capacity: 100 g of coffee (compared to 80 g in V1)
- Flat burrs with a 64 mm diameter, and a new two-stage burr geometry
- 1400 rpm (rotations per minute)
- New anti-grind retention technology
