Dagoberto Marin is a pioneer in the practices of Biodynamic Agriculture in Peru. His approach has been to transmit his experiences and his example to his children andcollaborators who accompany him in the recovery of soil fertility. This single-varietalmicrolot has notes of stone fruit, mainly nectarine. It has a medium body, and nice citricacidity well balanced by ripe-fruit sweetness.
For the first time, we decided to offer our subscribers 2 different roasts of our coffee of the month. One lighter roast is to be enjoyed as a filter and one slightly darker for espresso. Even though you don't have an espresso machine you can try to brew also this second roast as a filter or in your french press to find out and compare how the roast profile affects the flavour of your coffee.
