To Irmãos er en ny kaffe, vi har skaffet i år takket være hjælp fra vores venner hos Trust Coffe. Denne single-estate kaffe kommer fra en gård ejet og drevet af Gabriela Baracat Sanchez, en 4. generations kaffproducent og agronom. 

Hendes kaffe er den resultatet af omhyggeligt udvalgte, soltørrede bønner, som giver en blød duftende, cremet, fyldig kop. Smagen domineres af Cashew nødder, hasselnøddechokolade og en sød eftersmag.

Vi valgte denne kaffe, fordi gården er blevet certificeret for fremragende praksis inden for regenerativ landbrug af den britisk-baserede certificeringsorganisation Regenagri. Læs mere om denne certificering af regenerativt landbrug her

This coffee is produced in Fazenda Santa Cecilia, a single estate belonging to Pedro Veloso and his family, a third-generation coffee producer from Carmo do Paranaiba, Cerrado region in Minas Gerais. The family has been producing coffee in this privileged area for over 160 years. The variety is Acaia/Catuai, and the coffee is grown at an altitude from 1,050 to 1,200 meters above sea level. The farm is 1,270 hectares and 70% is planted in coffee. The rest are protected forests and reservoirs. Veloso Santa Cecilia is a result of a carefully selected, sun-dried beans, which produce a soft fragranced, creamy full-bodied cup. This coffee is ideal as a straight single origin and enjoyable in both espresso and filter brews. Santa Cecilia is located in the heart of Brazils coffee region Minas Gerais, and one of several farms owned and run by Pedro Veloso and his family. Santa Cecilia is their main farm and this is where most micro-lots and process experiments are made.
