Buntu Ledo - Sulawesi
Tasting notes: jasmin, tropical fruit, spice
This coffee is the harmony of almost every single flavour note that arabica has to offer. Partly due to the S795 and Typica combination, partly the soil, partly the semi-washed process, this coffee combines florals with bright fruits, chocolate, cream, and even spice notes to form an explosion of flavours only recently discovered and appraised by the speciality community. Medium roast suitable for espresso and filter.
